Front Step Railings Info

The Board wants to maintain uniformity in the exterior of the condos. Therefore it has approved the use of a black wrought iron railing which can be made to order that is FDA and ADA compliant. It would be fastened to the wooden step. Mill City Iron Fabricators in Dracut MA, will make the railings to order and install them. See photo of finished installation. Grab bars are no longer to be attached to the condo exterior. If residents want a grab bar, it should be placed near the garage door entry to the house.
