62 and Over Regulations

Mission Pointe was set up with the State of New Hampshire as a 62 and over community. This means that anyone living here must be 62 or over. The Board is mandated by law to enforce this rule as any violation can subject the Association to fines and penalties.

For your information, we call your attention to Articles 9 & 15 in the Declaration of Condominium and Article 14 in our Bylaws.

Below you will find an affidavit that must be signed by any future owners along with a policy regarding long-term guests that are under 62.
