We are a 62+ community of 67 attached and detached condominiums in Hudson, New Hampshire. We are located off Lowell Road/Route 3A and Exit 2 on Route 3, on the 33-acre site of the former Oblate Retreat Center. We are just minutes away from the Massachusetts border with convenient access to shopping, dining, churches, medical facilities, and recreational opportunities. Quick access to the highway provides easy travel to Boston to the South or the Manchester/Boston Regional Airport and the Coast/Mountain areas to the North. Our homes offer first floor master bedrooms and baths, first floor laundry, central air conditioning and attached garages.

The former Oblate Retreat Center has been repurposed to contain 38 single bedroom garden style rental apartments managed/leased by the builder, Etchstone Properties. In addition, it contains our community center.
